Public hearing in the form of an open meeting in Makat village under “Aktobe-Makat republican road reconstruction project”

During the above-mentioned project, representatives of the General Contractor ANT INSAAT MADEN SANIYA ANONIM SIRKETI JSC, which reconstructs the road on the section km 487-504, met with representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Makat village, Makat district, Atyrau oblast on March 16, 2018, and an open public hearing was held on the subject "Environmental Impact Assessment within the Project".

The announcement in two languages ​​about the public hearings was published in the newspaper "Makat Tynysy" for information of the population.

The following representatives took part in this public hearing: the Akim of Makat village - B. Zhaykin; Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Passenger Transport and Highways - B. Sarsen; Representative of RSE "Atyrauzhollaboratory", construction engineer - M. Toleugaliyev; Engineer-ecologist of "Zhol Sapa" LLP - E. Shchedreyev; road safety engineer of "Zhol Sapa" LLP - Zh. Temirbekov; Deputy director of the branch "Ant Inshaat Maden Sanayi A.Sh.", chief engineer of the branch - A. Myrzagaliev; The deputy director of the branch "Ant Insaat Maden Sanayi A.Sh.", the coordinator of the Atyrau department - A. Tasimov, the head of the section of the branch "Ant Inshaat Maden Sanay A.Sh." - T. Imangaliyeva and 30-40 people from the local population.

Akim of Makat village Mr. B. Zhaykin solemnly opened a public hearing and acquainted the population with the participants and the main goals of the public hearings.

On the territory of construction work, videos on environmental impact and environmental measures were shown, questions were asked and answers given. In addition, the requirements for the characteristics of road transport activities were explained.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the social agreement Sh. Ishangaliyev thanked the personnel and all people for their continued and fruitful work and wished them all success.
