Highways for public use of republican importance, in our case the highway “Border of RF (to Samara) – Shymkent” km 1240-753 at present complies with operational and technical characteristics of II and III technical categories of roads. Works for reconstruction of road section at 1025-1240 were completed in 2011, reconstruction of road section at km 753-1025 was completed even before 2006.
