- How do you do! I am, Yuliya Menshina, writing to you as a citizen of Russia. I am going to come by car from Russia to Kazakhstan, and would not like to violate the Rules of Your State. In connection with it I have a question: do the officials of the Police in Kazakhstan require registration card for technical check-up for a new car (the car was produced in March 2012) from the citizens of Russia? The car has been registered in Russia, and under our legislation the registration card for Technical Check-up has not been required, therefore, I do not have it. And one more question: what is the maximum acceptable speed for the highways and main routs outside the city in Kazakhstan?
