- How do you do. I would like to tell some words regarding one of the participants for the construction of the highway ‘Western Europe – Western China” – construction company “AZMK-Service” LLP (Director Kozhabekov ES.). This company has been involved in the construction and reconstruction of artificial structures for the road section km 2135-km 2231 and construction of overpass for the interchange at PK 84+01 (to Badam) reconstruction of the highway М32 km 2231-2255 «Border of RF (to Samara) - Shymkent». Exactly, this is regarding moral qualities of the LLP’s administration. In the past, i.e. in 2012, at the request of “AZMK-Service” LLP the design team developed working documents for six bridges and one overpass for the road section of the highway km 2135- km 2231. LLP did not have any complaints regarding content, volume and quality of the drawings. Moreover, according to their issue, all comments and suggestions have been considered and accordingly adjustments have been incorporated into the working documents. In the end, having obtained all the working documents, “AZMK-Service” LLP refused to fulfill its obligations in payment for these works.
