Install on the road through settlements electronic board indicating the M36 highway connecting Almaty -settlement -Ekaterinburg, date and time, air temperature, wind speed and warning of severe weather (glaze, fog, storm, etc.) and poor visibility (during fog, rain, dust, snow and so on, as well as during twilight) - it will be a kind of attraction (hallmark) of settlement, because it is an international highway.
