When will the section from Almaty to Turkestan or to Shymkent be fully constructed?

Dear Marat, a section from Turkestan to Shymkent is scheduled for completion by the end of 2014, whilst the sections of the road from Shymkent to Almaty, as well as the rest Kazakhstan part of the "Western Europe - Western China" corridor is scheduled for completion by the end of 2015.
