Following the results of working trips to Karaganda and Pavlodar oblasts the Chairman of the board of «Kazautozhol» NC» JSC Yermek Kizatov held meeting regarding road reconstruction.
Now construction works on «Center East» corridors are continued on Astana-Pavlodar and Pavlodar-Semey sections. Works covered 516 km. Within the project all main construction works from Astana to Prirechnoe village are planned to complete by the end of the year. Further from the remained 400 km it is stipulated to provide passway on one side of a new pavement of 181 km length.
Along with it, it is planned to complete a bridge crossing construction through Irtysh river of 12 km length. This bridge will direct transfer streams from Astana to Semei and Ust-Kamenogorsk bypassing Pavlodar.
Full completion of Astana-Pavlodar road reconstruction is planned for 2018. After reconstruction completion the road will be expanded to 4 lanes and referred to the technical category I.
Furthermore, Astana - Temirtau road reconstruction process has been discussed at a meeting. Construction works are carried out on sections of 157 km length.
Following the results of a meeting Yermek Kizatov encharged with a task to contracting organizations to complete all construction works until the end of the current year and open movement on the 4 lanes from Astana to Temirtau.
At the same time, it was noted at a meeting, that on the road between Batpak and Baimyrza villages the defective section of a general extent of 600 m has been revealed, which fails to meet the requirements of construction standards.
In this regard, the management of «Kazavtozhol» company made the decision to dismantle the specified section of 600 m length by workforces and means of contracting organization.
In conclusion the head of «Kazavtozhol» company noted: "I charge to Oblast branch of Company, technical supervision services and road laboratories not to allow further cases of non-compliance with standards and technologies. The main task is to provide timely and high-quality hand-over of reconstruction sections for population convenience».
