44 436 527 900 tenge has been planned to disburse in Zhanbyl Oblast in 2011. Overall length of the corridor through its territory is 495.3 km. 352.2 km will be reconstructed for I category and 143.1 km – for II category.

Guardrails will be installed for all sections, as on the shoulders, as on dividing strip. Installment of road signs, arrangement of marking, bus stops, etc. will be also provided.
Project implementation in the region has been financed by two banks: Asian Bank for Development (km 214-260, km.404-443, km 443-483, km 358-389, км 310-358) and Islamic Bank for Development (km.536-593).

Contractors “Kazakhdorstroi” LLP, “AKM” LLP, JSC “K-Dorstroi” have successfully managed with time schedule performance for 2010. JV “KCC/Zhambylzhollurylys” LLP and ZhB JSC “KCC E&C” have not achieved the objectives; they have to make all efforts during the forthcoming construction period. The latest ones – company ZhB JSC “KCC E&C” and additionally JV “KCC/ZhambylZholKurylys” execute the works for erection and mounting of mortar-concrete plant and clay-mix plant.

In general, overall list of road-building material has been already procured in accordance with the plan. General mobilization of all plants has been also performed in 2010.

The work on mobilization of personnel and equipment is in progress. Thus, as per the status for March 2011, overall number of working people was 3057, and 1288 units of road-building equipment were involved.

Problems, solving of which requires certain loss of valuable time, have been connected mostly with the transfer of pipelines and networks, precisely the endorsement of these procedures with the owners.
