In spite of the pressing need in funds, Japan does not refuse to provide a loan to Kazakhstan with the amount of 68 million USD for the construction of 20 km section of the highway “Western Europe – Western China”. Period for credit and interests suit Kazakhstan fine: a bit less than two percent for 25 years.
Azat Bekturov, Vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the RK: In spite of a big trouble, occurred in Japan and still occurs, 68 million USD do not lay a key role for the economy of this country.
