On September 27, 2011, Berik Kamaliev, Minister of Transport and Communications, conducted a meeting, where he heard the report of Mr. Fang Yunlong, Deputy of the President of the company «Sinohydro Corportion Limited».

Company works for Project implementation “Western Europe-Western China”. Till date the Main Contractor “Sinohydro” has mobilized 174 units of equipment (target 204 units). Manpower has been involved in the number of 603 people (target 620 people). Local staff of 421 people and international staff of 12 people included.

Having heard the information of the Project Managers of the company «Sinohydro Corporation Limited» and the representatives of the Ministry, B. Kamaliev has drawn attention of the made backlogs behind the time schedule. Minister has given specific instructions, determining time for execution. Thus, company «Sinohydro Corporation Limited», as per the new time schedule till November 30 of the current year, should arrange 15 km of cement concrete pavement – Press-service of the Ministry informs.
