Today, July 10, 2015 in Astana the forum of Legal Entities Union "Kazakhstan National Association of Professional Engineers and Consultants" (hereinafter "KNAPEC") was held with participation of representatives of Government bodies loke Committee for Roads MID RoK, JSC "NC" Kazavtozhol", Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan, RSE "Kazakhavtodor", National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", JSC "KazDorNII", ALE "Association of Road enginners of Kazakhstan"; Representatives founders of KNAPEC: "Zhol-Sapa" LLP, "Sapa SZ" LLP, "IRMAST A" LLP, "Arkada KZ» LLP; as well as of local and foreign companies such as: Top Geodesy, SK Engineering, KazTsEP, Consult Ltd, KazNIiPI Dortrans, Donsung / Zhol Sapa, NII TK, Stroy Project SpB, Isan Corporation, Bureau Veritas, Kazdorproject, Engineering Center of Astana, Intel Pro, QPEC, Egis, Sweroad, Jupiter, SAI Consulting, NUR KZ, GK Engineering, Kazakhstan Zholdary, Almaty zhoba.

"KNAPEC" has been established in 2015 according to President's Message to people of Kazakhstan from November 11, 2014 "Nurly Zhol" in order to improve and develop the engineering sphere in Kazakhstan. Activities of KNAPEC aimed at the development of technical and scientific potential, coordination of production and economic activities of participants and the development of industrial cooperation. The goal of "KNAPEC" is to combine the capacity of members to work together to achieve maximum efficiency in the implementation of design, survey, engineering and consulting services, as well as the creation of a competitive personnel reserve of engineers to enter the international level.

Mr. S. Ablaliyev, Deputy Chairman of CoR MID RoK; Mr. Krishna Chakhun, Chairman of "KNAPEC"; Mr. Kazi M. Hasan, Deputy Chairman of "KNAPEC"; Mr. Shilnikov, Director of Quality Control Department of "Kazavtozhol" JSC; Mr. D. Aspanbetov, Senior Researcher of "KazdorNII" JSC and Mr. Zh. Amanbayev, Director of KNAPEC, made their presentations at the forum.

After presentations a series of questions were asked from reporters. The questions were about the requirements put forward the companies to join the association, as well as about membership fees. In conclusion, the founders of "KNAPEC" thanked all the participants of the forum and noted that they welcome Kazakhstan engineering companies to join KNAPEC.
