How do you do! I can not accept the answer to question number 284. "Otar post - Almaty" section is included in the WE-WC project, and the question is correct and timely. A couple of years ago, I have asked similar question. I have received response (in short) – this road allows fulfilling the planned cargo traffic. But it is now clear that the existing road with second technical category will become the Achilles' heel of the whole southern section of perfect highway in all respects.
