Could you please tell me how many years is the guarantee period of WE-WC road sections operation under categories (according to pavement material) - concrete, asphalt concrete, asphalt pavement – i.e. operation term before the first repair which as I understand, had to be approved prior to construction?

Second question: on one of the questions asked here (question No. 325 dated September 22, 2014) about construction of a tunnel on the border of Zhambyl region and SKO (near the village of Shakpakbaba), you answered that it will be located near Shakpakbaba settlement with the length of 800m at km 600 - 601. Where exactly this tunnel will be located - bypassing the village of Shakpakbaba, from the village of Shakpakbaba towards SKO or Zhambyl region? Has the construction commenced already?

Dear Temurlan, the defects liability period under WE-WC project provided by the Contractor is 2 years. In general the term of road operation according to requirements of SNiP makes 20 years, with performance of period between repairs (each 5 years medium repair, major repairs in 15 years after road commissioning).

The tunnel is on Shakpakbaba bypass on the left side if to go towards Zhambyl region. Construction was commenced last year and it is planned to complete at the end of 2015.
