Resolution of the Committee for economical development and entrepreneurship of the Senate of Parliament reads: Kazakhstan borrows money from Asian Bank for Development for reconstruction of road section with the length of 7.7 km of the second technical category with two-lane traffic with transferring into another category with cement concrete pavement and four-lane traffic, as well as the construction of new road section “Taraz By-Pass” with the length of 57.4 kilometers within the Project “Western Europe – Western China”.

The amount provided by Asian Bank for this purpose is 95 million dollars with the payback period for 20 years, including 4 years of preferential period, and co-financing by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan will not exceed 17 million dollars
