How do you do! I am B.H. Esengeldinov, Head of the farm in the Baltabay rural district of Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region, address you for assistance in the irrigation of our land. In view of the road construction, our lands were left without irrigation water. The designers did not stipulate the pipes for irrigation through the highway and fertile land of five farms (26 hectares) becomes unusable. The Engineer supervising the construction of bridges, cattlepasses and pipes for irrigation, Sakyp Amantayevich recognizes that such construction is possible, but it requires permission from top to lay pipes for irrigation, therefore, it requires a little adjustment of the plan on the site PK 467 + 00 of road.

 

The Turkish company, which is constructing the highway at this section, artificially filled soil at the area of about 0.5 hectares and with height of more than one meter in some places of "Esengeldinov Batyrkhan" farm land from the north side of this picket and tries to prove that it is impossible to lay the pipe for irrigation. Of course, the savings in the construction is good, but the environment is being disturbed and what we say to future generations if we fail to preserve the fertile irrigated land, because then for the next 100 or maybe more years it will not be possible to lay pipe without affecting the highway.

 

We agree to conduct designing of land by our own forces on land plot of "Esengeldinov Batyrkhan" farm, if the pipe for irrigation will be installed. Thus, we can save 26 hectares of our Kazakhstan irrigated, fertile land for our generation.
