I am the owner of the facility located on Almaty - Khorgos road. PTL is not being done for me. I had electricity on facility before construction works commencement. What shall I do? I've got all necessary documents. Whom shall I sue the Employer or Contractor?

Dear Evgeniy, to date, in accordance with the terms of the Contract signed between the Employer and Contractor, the Contractor is given the right to use the section until the construction work completion. In accordance with the law "about the highways" in the event of any force majeure, the Contractor takes the responsibility.
