Question №413
February 11, 2016
Guzel Khafizova | Almaty region, Enbekshikazakh district, Sadovodcheski Association "Rassvet-Baiterek"

How do you do! The question may not relate to you, but at least could you please advise where we can address. We live in Almaty region Enbekshikazakh district, Sadovodcheski Association "Rassvet-Baiterek", it is in Kuldzha track, not reaching Baiterek village (former Alekseevka). Every day we pass Kuldzha road at the pedestrian crossing. The fact is that this part of the track is not illuminated, there are no streetlights and the pedestrian crossing can not be seen. There have been several cases of accidents with pedestrians, and even with fatal outcome. Where can we address to for lighting installation? Sometimes we are waiting 10 minutes to cross the road, the drivers simply do not see there for pedestrian crosiing sign. Thank you in advance!

Dear Guzel, your section is likely in Kuldzha track, which is supervised by "NC Kazavtozhol" JSC, so contact them or road safety authorities.
