Tolegen Assylbekov | Almaty region, Enbekshikazakh district, Kairat village

How do you do! I am, Assylbekov Tolegen, resident of Kairat village of Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region, refering to Akshiyski rural district. Our village is situated at 4km from Kuldzha tract. The highway is being constructed between the tract and the village, we were told that the bridge is not stipulated at the intersection of road. We would like to know why it is like this, because the bridge in being constructed in neighboring villages where the population is less. For example: Kazatkom village, ITF Department Baltabai village. Our village of about 150 families do not all of them have transport, if there will not be bridge it will be very difficult to go to district center, hospitals, schools, i.e. and we will be left behind civilization. The villagers are extremely dismayed by this situation and intend to seek by all means construction of bridge. Please clarify us the situation.

Dear Tolegen, transport interchange at different levels (as you pointed out in a letter "bridge") is not stipulated in the project at the intersection of the new "Almaty-Khorgos" road with the road in Kairat village because of the lack of traffic volume on the road to Kairat village. At the same time, this section provides intersection on the same level with u-turn areas located at the distance about 500 meters from the intersection, which complies with the requirements of the road design and ensures road safety.
