Question №406
How do you do! Excuse me for importunity, to your answer to question No. 401 dated January 22, 2016.
There are natural resources, which you mentioned, two kilometers higher the dam was built in 1912 by Baltabaytsev forces manually (being built 2 years), where spring water gatheres in large quantities for the irrigation of the land. Our lands are located between two deep and wide ravines PK 464 + 60 and the PK 469 + 00, so PK 463 + 60 is over a ravine and below the horizon if to construct trays across the ravine (costly), then we have to remove the soil from seven hectares, therefore, the water can not be taken from there. From the bridge PK 464 + 60 and cattlepass road PK 469 + 00 it is impossible to lay water utilities naturally.
I work for many years on this land, and know very well the terrain. The only way out is laying culvert PK 467 + 00 and lay on the north side of the PK 467 + 00, that is, the removal of the soil in the area of about 0.5 hectares. It will be seriously and cheaper. Removing of soil we will carry out on our own for our expense. Please kindly conduct further examination; do not leave our land without irrigation water. Only you can help us.
Answer to question №406
Dear Batyrkhan, on your appeal according to the culverts arrangement on section specified by you of the road being constructed, namely, PK 467 + 00 Engineer have met with you (with participation of Engineering Service) in December 2015. They have tried to explain you that the section has an elevated terrain; due to this terrain it is considered impossible to construct the culvert. At present, even if they construct a culvert, there in no way where the water can flow. In this section the adjacent land area has a height of 1.7 m higher pipe tray level at the entrance and exit.
