Dear Dinara, Committee for roads while forming, revision of budget for the corresponding year introduces the budget request to the Ministry of Finance. After receiving MoF RoK considers the request and submits it to meeting of RBC, where relevant decision is adopted. Then all changes under budget are made to the resolution on the implementation of the Republican budget and in the law itself “about republican budget”, then funds are allocated.

According to the section you are interested in, funds have not been provided in the approved budget for 2016. However, the Committee have sent request for the allocation of funds at the first budget adjustment of 2016. The request was supported by RBC decision. Currently MoF RoK is working on making amendments and additions to the regulations, after which the funds will be allocated.
