How do you do! Congratulations to female staff with a holiday. I worked on the Western Europe-Western China project, section in Zhambyl region "Korday Bypass". In winter we had a rest, they had promised us to recall in spring when the work on the second lane will commence. Now they tell that there is no money for construction. I have read questions and answers on your website under this section. 3 billion KZT have already been allocated, but they are telling no money at the place. In another answer it is written that money will be allocated after the changes in the regulations. I did not understand quite well. Could you please explain the situation?

Dear Nurlan, there is the RoK Government Regulation No. 972 dated 24 December 2015 "On the implementation of the republican budget for 2016-2018". After the meeting of the Republican Budget Commission and taking the decision by the Ministry of Finance, the changes and amendmends are made in this regulation, which afterwards is approved by the Government. On the basis of the approved regulation, Committee for Roads and "Kazahdorstroy" LLP conclud an additional agreement to the main contract and it is recorded in the Treasury Department. In April, it is planned to sign additional contract and start financing.
