How do you do! I am Aitkarim Nurgaliyev, a self-employed enterpreneur (SE), provide services for the pumping of septic tanks and latrines in Enbekshikazakh district. I am writing to you about the abuse of power by Mr. M. Berdaliyev, Director of state owned public enterprise "Esіk Su kubyry". Why did he close the drain-receiving point located at Esik town, str. Altyn-Adam alley lower of "Helios" fuel station and inflated prices for drainage in the amount of 25 000 KZT per month, although the cost of works on reception of waste water at the discharge point is - 13 KZT 88 tiyn (at the moment) per 1 m3, it turns out to be for one car 52 KZT 74 tiyn. It turns out if 8 cars is drained per day, then in 22 business days is equals to 9282 KZT 24 tiyn. I ask you to help with opening of drain-receiving point and set the pricing for the discharge of a car according to the rate of the Department of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Natural Monopolies in Almaty region.
