Question №434
March 30, 2016
Marat Kashakov | Kyzylorda

How do you do! You have answered the question about the maximum speed on the Western Europe - Western China road before and pointed to 120/140 km/h. But can this road be considered as motorway? It has not been yet fully put into operation, there is no road sign (green signs) indicating the entrance to the highway. Could you confirm your information? Thank you, Marat Kashakov

Dear Marat, to date, there are incomplete sections in "Western Europe - Western China" project. For putting into operation the road section must fully ensure the safety (with arrangement of all road signs, markings and corresponding guardrails). We kindly inform you that the section can be fully operated after ensuring road safety and acceptance to operation.
