Dear Alnur,

Currently, “Almaty-Khorgos” road reconstruction along “Western Europe-Western China” Transit Corridor is continued. Quality of the road, including evenness, meets the requirements of technical regulations.

Traffic speed has been temporarily restricted to 50 km/h, as the traffic is allowed only in one lane near Shelek District, and road works are carried out in the second half of the road. The road has not been commissioned yet.

ccording to the requirements of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged to eliminate the defects at its own expense within two years after the date of the road commissioning.
