Could you please tell me whether Contractors and Consultants (Engineering Service) are defined for the construction of Otar-Uzynagash section? And whether the work will start from March 2017? I would appreciate to receive an answer.

Dear Vlad, World Bank loan was attacted for the implementation of this project, the state procedures are being carried out for the signing of the loan agreement and the subsequent ratification of the agreement. In parallel to speed up the implementation of the project tender procedures has been started to identify contractors for construction works and construction supervision consultant (Engineering Service). Summing up the results of the tender and the signing of contracts is planned in the first half of this year; it is expected to commence works after the ratification of the loan agreement.
The planned duration of the project is 2017-2021.
