The answer to question №459 given in November of this year provides information that the traffic on road from Shymkent to the border of Zhambyl region will be opened this year. Today is December 18, do you confirm that this year the road in this region will be fully put into operation? Who is responsible for the accuracy of the information?

Dear Alexandr, the road, as previously reported, was opened up to the end of 2016. All answers before publication are agreed with the relevant competent authorities.
