How do you do! The answer to question №447 provides information that the traffic on road from Shymkent to the border of Zhambyl region will be opened this year. Currently, it is obvoius that it will not happen. Who is responsible for the accuracy of the information? Could you please inform truly when will this section be opened for traffic?

Dear Alexandr, the road, as previously reported, was opened up to the end of 2016. All answers before publication are agreed with the relevant competent authorities.
