Good day! I have written you earlier on the construction of Uzynagash-Otar section. As far as I know, the signing of loan agreement with the World Bank and conducting of tender procedures has been scheduled for the 2nd half of 2016. Also in December 2016 applications from contractors were accepted to participate in tender. Could you please reply what has been done to date for the commencement of construction work at the site? And please indicate the date when it is scheduled to start? In March 2017, or ...? When will the staff be formed?

Dear Maxim, in coordination with the World Bank, tender procedures were announced in October 14, 2016; in November 14, 2016 companies submitted their application for pre-qualification. Currently, in accordance with the procedures of the World Bank assessment and approval of the results of prequalification is being carried out. Prequalified companies will be invited to submit their bid in the second quarter of 2017. The signing of the contract and the start of the project is planned after attracting funds to be received after the ratification of the Loan Agreement tentatively in the third quarter of 2017.
