Hello! Could you please help me to find Viktor Shikhalev of 1978 year of birth? He employed me and several other people for a period from early spring of 2016 to autumn of 2016 to work on Western Europe – Western China road, Chilik-Khorgos section. He introduced himself as an employee of Ak Zhol LLP, and for this working period he did not pay anybody their promised salary. Thank you in advance.

Dear Rassul,
The Contractor for this road section is Todini Costruzioni Generali S.p.A. and the Company you mentioned could supposedly be subcontracted by the General Contractor. Since according to the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Employer shall not have any relations with the third parties, namely Subcontract organizations, then unfortunately this is the only information available to us.
