- How do you do! At present, intensive works are in progress for the Project “Turkestan By-Pass” and on the territory of the settlements Ikan and Staryi Ikan of South-Kazakhstan Oblast within construction of Transit Corridor “Western Europe – Western China”. The question is: Will the route pass through these settlements? If so, will there be the speed limit for transport? Thank you.

- In accordance with the approved construction documents, Corridor passes through the existing Turkestan By-Pass with arrangement of local thoroughfare. Installations of traffic lights and underground pedestrian passage have been provided on this section.
Speed limit and installation of pedestrian passages have been provided on the section of the road, passing through Yntymak village. Then the route passes through newly arranged road “Ikan village By-Pass”, where the speed limit has not been provided.
