- The planned date for opening the traffic from km 1877 to Shieli settlement along newly constructed road section is November 2011. During the stated period the traffic will be opened as per temporary scheme. Meanwhile, from km 1877 to km 1917 traffic will be carried out along two lanes, and from km 1917 and farther for Shieli By-pass – along 4 lanes with subgrade from coarse-grained asphalt concrete. Final delivery of road section from Kyzylorda city to the border of South-Kazakhstan Oblast with upper layer of coating from crushed stone mastic asphalt concrete is in March 2013.
