- How do you do! My land plot, intended for retail outlet and located along the route Samara – Shymkent, is subjected for demolishing within the implementation of the Project “Reconstruction of Transit Corridor “Western Europe – Western China”.

I wonder, should I pay tax from the amount, issued to me by the state as compensation for the acquired land?

 Dear Shukhrat, under the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, You are a tax payer. And the amount, paid to You as compensation for the acquired land plot for the state needs, is taxable. It means that You will have to pay the tax.
