Good afternoon! When will the construction be started for the road section Shymkent – Border of Zhambyl Oblast?

Dear Erzhan Karlykhanov!
Tentative commencement dates for reconstruction of the road sections “Shymkent – Border of Zhambyl Oblast” have been planned for the years 2012-2013. By Decision of the Commission for concession projects it has been proposed to implement this road section on account of the saved loan funds within the agreement with International Financial Institution (hereinafter - IFI) with co-financing from Republican budget. Till date IFI conducts negotiations with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
