Highway “International Transit Corridor “Western Europe-Western China” has been designed for IB category with design speed of 120 kph detouring all settlements.

As for the territory of Enbekshikazakh district the highway passes through agricultural lands to north of settlements: Baiterek, Avat, Saimassai, Malovodnoye, Kazatkom, Teskensu, Karaturyk, Lavar at the distance of from 2.0 to 5.0 km.

As for the area of Shelek village the highway passes along the existing road to Shelek River. The extension of the road is in eastern direction from Massak village, to north of Nurly village and further through the territory of Uigur district.
