- Good afternoon! We are interested in the road construction of Big Almaty Circular Highway (BACH). If we are not mistaken, this project will be implemented within the WE-WC Project. Could you clarify, is that so? If that so, then when and for what funds will it be constructed? And who will conduct this competitive bidding? Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding!
