- While issuing quotas for TIR carnets for transit through Kazakhstan, will the priority for the Kazakhstan carriers be considered? So that the transportation market is not filled up with Lithuanian, Estonian, Russian and other European carriers. What conditions will be established for the development of TIR transportation for our own companies?
