From Issyk town it is impossible to drive along the route Issyk-Almaty at all, especially near Alekseyevka village. Always making patches turns these gaps into bumps. Large amount of money has been provided for maintenance of the roads. Then why do we have so bad roads? And will that problem be solved? Thank you!
