Measures of governmental support for the concessioners’ activity, qualification requirements, demanded from potential concessioner, and other conditions of concession have been determined in the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “About Concessions” dated 7^th July.2006 No. 167.

At present within the concession in road sphere the implementation of the project has been planned for construction of Almaty Circular Highway (BACH). In June 2013 it is planned to invite competitive bidders for selection of concessioner for the Project BACH. Advertisements for the bidding will be published on the website MTC www.mtс.gov.kz, as well as in republican periodical printed matters.
