Within Western Europe – Western China Project implementation the commencement of construction for the road section “Almaty – Khorgos” has been planned in the current year. Under the project a new highway “Almaty – Ust – Kamenogorsk” has been designed for 1b technical category with four-lane traffic. For the road section, starting from km 24.1 the highway will pass through new land plots and agricultural arable lands and only for small road sections it will pass along existing highway. A new road will pass to the left of Baiserke village at a distance of 1 km. Construction of this highway will considerably influence over economical development of the nearby districts and villages, including Baiserke village.
