- I request you to give explanation for the matter: during what period will the Decree of the Government of the RK be adopted regarding simplified procedure for allotment of roadside borrow-pits? Has the adoption of such document been initiated at large?

Draft Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for simplified procedure of allotment for roadside borrow-pits has already passed through endorsement with all the competent governmental agencies. At present it is under approval at the Ministry of Justice of the RK. Approval of this document has been planned for the end of April of the current year.
