- How do you do! I request you to take measures regarding non-working, already for several weeks, traffic lights which is located along Kuldja route in Saimasai district near Saimasai village. Due to large flow of cars and non-regulated crossing of the republican route for this section there occur many traffic accidents, including lethal cases. We are very concerned about our children’s life not going to connive at disorder of agencies, the activity of which has been aimed at the traffic safety. This road section is without light and it is impossible to cross the route!
