- As for your website (http://www.europe-china.kz ), unfortunately, I could not find data for diversion of the road section around Almaty city. There is one scheme on this website http://www.europe-china.kz/sites/default/files/shema-Almaty-Horgos.swf. But it is not clear in accordance with the scheme, how this road will pass and go round the city. Where can I look at the detailed documents for this part of the road?
