Question №207
Febrary 12, 2013
Zarina Kubysheva | Zhambyl Oblast, Taraz city

- Dear editorial staff, I request you to check information, in particular the scheme of road sections in Zhambyl Oblast. I work myself for the company KCC E&C and can say with certainty that your information is not quite correct. Particularly, road section km 260-305 you mention is wrong, moreover, according to your data it is 49 km; but, with the help of simple mathematical equation, by no means, it will not be 49. Our road section is km 261.500-310.500. This is firstly. Secondly, this is not the second, but the fourth tranche, and we have been financed not by IBD, but ABD. It is a question of fourth tranche. Thanks in advance.

- Dear Zarina, mentioned information was presented in 2009. In August 2010 Ministry of Finance of the RK reached an agreement with Asian Bank for Development regarding loan due to unacceptability of conditions for loan with Islamic Bank for Development. As for the road section km 261.5-310.5 (Aspara – Blagoveshchenka) with the length of 49 km, it has been financed by ABD (Loan # 2735, Project 4).
