February 28, 2013
Almat Taskinbaev | Aktobe city

Construction works within the Project ‘Western Europe – Western China” (to Samara-Shymkent) were started on the territory of Aral district in Kyzylorda Oblast in 2011. The road has been constructed (bridge). It is since that time, one can say, we have lost our business. And the causes are as follows. Cafe (our business), which has been working till that time, is now away from the road. Moreover, at present there is not any exit from the new main road. That is passing car, even with a great will, cannot compe up to the café to have a snack. It is for 3 years already when we have lost any profit. Will you tell us, please, what we could do, i.e. to whom we should apply to solve this problem.

- Dear Mr. A. Taskinbayev, as the result of the research of affairs status, you have stated in your application, it has been revealed as follows. First, Project for Reconstruction of the road section you mention (km 1330-1398) of Western Europe – Western China International Transit Corridor has been developed by the Design Institute “Kostanai Dor Project”, which has received positive resolution of Governmental Expertise. Project design has not provided any exits and entries to the cafes – built without permission, including yours, which have not received approval of the road owner, in this case – Kyzylorda Regional Department for Roads of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the RK. Based on it we would like to advise you to apply there for further solution of the problem.
