-Unfortunately, the editorial staff of the website cannot give you reply regarding road sections for “Almaty-Kapchagai”, “Almaty – Astana” as they are not included into Western Europe – Western China Project. As for “Almaty – Khorgos” at present the bidding procedures are in progress for determination of the Construction Supervision Consultant and Contractor for Civil Works in accordance with the rules of international bidding. Civil works will start in current year with the completion period in 2015. For the road sections of the Corridor “Almaty – Bishkek”, which passes through the villages Samsy and Targap, the works for rehabilitation has been completed up to 2005. At present the condition of the pavement is good, but during the last years traffic volume has been greatly increased, which required construction of additional lanes and transferring into the 1^st technical category. These works will be executed after 2015, which provide diversions of all the settlements.
