- The cars of our company often go to Russia. During our last visit our car was fined based on the fact that our tachograph had no chip. We started calling all the companies in Kazakhstan for installation of chips for tachographs and found out as follows: there is one company in Kazakhstan, which installs chips, and only in Almaty. And the answer was as follows: Ministry of Transport suspended the work of the company and it is not clear for what period. Question: where can the chips for tachograph be installed not to pay fine in Russia or when will the company in Almaty start its work for installment of the chips? Thank you.
