On the basis of which legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Bishkek-Cholpon-ata road section with the length of 800 meters, passing through the territory of Zhambyl oblast (Kordai district) is given transit status? Thank you for the reply.

Dear Victor, this section of the Bishkek-Cholpon-ata road has not been included either in the republican roads network or in the balance of the local executive bodies (community property).
