Dear Kenzhebek, you can construct a roadside service object on your private land in accordance with local Akimat permission. In order to receive approval for exit construction to the roadside service object you should contact the Road agencies and provide necessary documents for this procedure in accordance with item 23-3 of the "Rules for the use of roads in the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 5, 1998 № 845 "About improving of the legal provision of road infrastructure".

Regarding the acceleration and deceleration lanes to the object due to the fact that "Western Europe - Western China" International Transport Corridor road (hereinafter - "WE - WC") is the road of the 1st technical category, in accordance with item 6.3.1 of "SNIP RK 3.03-09-2006 HIGHWAYS” at exits to the buildings and to the constructions of roadside service the acceleration and deceleration lanes in each direction should be provided. Moreover, in accordance with item 5 of Article 8 of the Law "About highways" the cost for the arrangement, repair and maintenance of entrances (exits, junctions) is under responsibility of the owners of these objects.
