Where the section of "Almaty-Khorgos" new road is adjacent to the exit from Almaty and in what km it parts in the opposite direction on the Kuldzha track?

Dear Ivan, the section of “Almaty - Khorgos" road of "Western Europe - Western China" International Transit Corridor Project will start from the village Energetic and between Kuldzha tract and Kapchigay reservoir bypassing all settlements, and not reaching Chilik village crosses existing “Almaty – Khorgos” road and after bypassing the Chilik village again crossing the existing "Almaty - Khorgos" road goes along the Ili river to the Tashkarasu village. After bypassing Tashkarasu village continues by the existing "Almaty - Khorgos" road.
