Dear Tursun, "Almaty-Khorgos" highway section of "Western Europe-Western China" International Transit Corridor with the length of 304 km passes through the territories of the Ili, Talgar, Yenbekshikazakh, Uygur and Panfilov raions. Highway starts from km 24.1 of "Almaty-Ust-Kamenogorsk" road and runs through the territory of Ili, Talgar, Yenbekshikazakh raions eastward to the 109th km of the existing "Almaty-Kokpek-Chundzha-Koktal-Khorgos" road, further it goes under the existing road till km 126.

From km 126 of "Almaty-Kokpek-Chundzha-Koktal-Khorgos" road the route passes through the territories of Yenbekshikazakh and Uighur raions in the north-east direction. It passes through agricultural land to the east of Massak village, then exits to the Masak-Nura-Taskarasu highway and passes along it from 13 km up to 74 km. Afterwards the route runs along the bypass in north of Charyn village and Taskarasu village with exit to km 273 of "Almaty-Kokpek-Chundzha-Koktal-Khorgos" road. From km 273 to km 293 it goes on the existing "Almaty-Kokpek-Chundzha-Koktal-Khorgos" road, then runs the territories of Panfilov district in the new eastern direction of south Zharkent with access to the border of China (south of Khorgos village 6 km in one corridor with the "Zhetygen – Korgas” railroad).

Construction completion date according to Contract is April 2016.

According to the design handing over of objects by stages is not stipulated.
